How do refunds and chargebacks work?

If you face an issue with a transaction or need to return a good/service to a merchant we offer both chargebacks and refunds. Refunds and chargebacks can take upwards of 30 days to process and complete. 

We sort chargebacks ourselves here at Cryptology for your convenience. You will receive all returned funds in Euros that will be added to your Cryptology fiat account.
