How to contact the Support Team
Need assistance with your account, or verification, or have any questions about trading? We’ll get you the help you need. Requests are usually processed within 1-2 hours, in some cases - up to 24 hours. There are three ways to contact our Support Team:
Online chat: Click on the chat in the lower right corner. Our smart Online Bot will help you choose the category of the request, answer the main questions, and help direct your request to the Support Agent.
Submit a ticket in the upper right corner near the ID. Choose the category of your request, describe your question, attach files, add additional data if necessary, and click "Send".
Send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting the Support Team, please provide the email associated with your Cryptology account and a detailed description of the question/issue.
