How to make crypto withdrawal?

On the Cryptology platform, you can make an instant withdrawal to an external cryptocurrency wallet. You can check the fees for each currency, minimum amounts, and available networks in our article Cryptology fees.

In order to make a crypto withdrawal, please go to the Balances page, and click Withdraw:

Next, choose the Balance (Exchange or Futures) and the Wallet (Currency):

In the next step, add the wallet address, choose the network and the amount:

Normally, cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within a few minutes.
*Please check the network where the funds will be sent. In case the network was chosen incorrectly, the funds may be lost.
In case your transaction has not been processed, please contact the Customer Support Team, and specify the email associated with the Cryptology account and transaction details.
