Which exchange rate do we use?

The Cryptology Card uses different exchange rates with our transaction clearing being done in EUR.
If your original transaction is in EUR, then the rate that'd be applied is EUR/USDT spot exchange rate of Cryptology.
Not using EURO but another currency? Then the exchange rate will be based on the rate of your local currency in relation to EUR by our payment service provider and then the EUR/USDT spot exchange rate on Cryptology.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this.
