How to contact the Support Team

Need assistance with your account, or verification, or have any questions about trading? We’ll get you the help you need. Please note that we respond within one business day, but usually, our response takes 3 hours.
- Go to page www.cryptology.com
- In the upper right corner near the ID, click in the "Headphone emoji"
- If you are already logged in to your account, your email will be added automatically, or you can enter it manually
- Choose the category of your request, describe your question, attach files and add additional data if necessary and click "Submit"
- Swipe to the left and click "Submit a ticket" in the menu
- You can send a request via email or online chat
- Our smart Online Bot will help you choose the category of the request, answer the main questions, and help direct your request to the Support Agent.
