Bank transfer: Deposit using the SEPA or SWIFT methods
Please note:
- Normally, bank transfer transactions are processed within 1-3 hours, and in some cases, within 1-3 business days. If the transaction is rejected, your funds will be returned within 14 days.
- Make sure you provide the Reference number in the deposit details. Otherwise, your funds may be lost.
- You can make a deposit from your personal bank account in which the name and surname of the owner match the name and surname in your Cryptology account. In case of a mismatch, the transaction can be returned to the bank account owner.
From which countries can I make a bank transfer deposit?
For SEPA payments, we support deposits from the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. Andorra, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, and the Vatican City are also included.
For SWIFT payments, we support deposits from the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan (Province of China), Uruguay.
In what currency can I make the bank transfer deposit?
You can only deposit EUR.
Is there a fee for bank transfer deposits?
No, Cryptology does not charge clients a deposit fee. However, your bank may apply a processing fee. Please contact your banking institution for more information regarding this processing fee.
What are the deposit limits?
The minimum amount deposit is 50 EUR. You can also be restricted by limits according to your verification level.
How do I make a deposit using SEPA or SWIFT?
- Go to the Balances page;
- Click Deposit;
- Choose the Balance Exchange and the currency EUR;
- Choose the Bank Transfer option. You will see the credentials to which you can send a bank transfer.
