What are the withdrawal fees?
On the Cryptology platform, you can make an instant withdrawal to an external cryptocurrency wallet. You can check the fees for each currency, minimum amounts, and available networks in our article Cryptology fees.
How can I speed up unconfirmed transactions?
After the transaction has been broadcasted to the network, there’s usually no way of affecting it and you can just wait for the confirmation. To make this process faster for future transactions, you can choose to pay a higher fee when setting up your transaction so it can be included in the block earlier.
What is a confirmation?
Transactions within the blockchain network are validated only when a certain number of miners (minimum of 3) confirm their authenticity and include them in the blocks that become part of the blockchain. When your transaction is broadcasted to the network, you need to wait for it to be confirmed by a sufficient amount of miners in order to be validated.
The processing is delayed, what should I do?
Crypto transactions depend on a certain number of approvals by the network to be validated. This can take slightly longer or less time than expected. However, you can check the status of your transaction by using the transaction ID on a blockchain explorer such as blockchain.info or etherscan.io
What if I sent the transaction to the incorrect address?
Unfortunately, all transactions broadcasted to the blockchain are irreversible. Once your coins are sent, it is practically impossible to recover them. However, there are some rare situations in which the transaction might fail and the money might be sent back. For example, Bitcoin addresses contain a built-in check code, so it's generally not possible to send Bitcoins to a mistyped address. However, if the address is well-formed but no one owns it, any coin sent to that address will be lost.
My withdrawal is Pending/In progress
Sometimes withdrawals may take longer than usual to process a transaction. If we need additional verification for security purposes, we will contact you via your account email. Please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team if you have any additional questions.
How do I make the crypto withdrawal?
In order to make a crypto withdrawal, please go to the Balances page, and click Withdraw:
Next, choose the Balance (Exchange or Futures) and the Wallet (Currency):
In the next step, add the wallet address, choose the network and the amount:
Normally, cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within a few minutes.
*Please check the network where the funds will be sent. In case the network was chosen incorrectly, the funds may be lost. In case your transaction has not been processed, please contact the Customer Support Team, and specify the email associated with the Cryptology account and transaction details.
