What are the limits for crypto deposits?
There are no limits for crypto deposits, however, you can be limited to the maximum amount depending on your verification level.
What happens if I send the wrong coin?
Cryptocurrency transactions, in their absolute majority, are irreversible. This means that if you send the wrong coin to the wrong wallet, it will probably be lost forever.
How do I get a wallet address?
Getting a wallet is fairly easy for most currencies. However, there are countless options out there depending on your needs and how safe you want to be. Any wallet you get will give you the possibility to generate addresses. If you don’t see a “Generate address” or “My addresses” button, you can normally generate one on the “Receive/Send” section. On Cryptology you can get the deposit address by clicking the Deposit button.Where is my crypto deposit?
First, please check if the transaction ID exists in the blockchain, as the wallets might delay the broadcasting. The transaction ID is a string of numbers and letters that you can use to verify your transfer data in the network. If the transaction already exists in the blockchain, please check whether it has enough confirmations. Different currencies can have different processing times. For example, ETH transactions are normally substantially faster than the BTC ones (several minutes versus up to an hour). If you believe your transaction is taking longer than expected, please contact our Support Team. Please note: for some currencies, such as XRP or XLM, specifying a tag when sending a transaction is mandatory. If the tag is not specified or is specified incorrectly, it will result in your funds being lost.
How do I make a crypto deposit?
You can make cryptocurrency deposits on Cryptology without any fees. Please go to the Balances page, select a currency and click "Deposit":
Then choose the Balance (Exchange or Futures), Wallet, Currency and click "Next":
Next, you will see the address for the deposit:*Please check the network where the funds will be sent. In case the network was chosen incorrectly, the funds may be lost. In case your transaction has not been processed, please contact the Customer Support Team, and specify the email associated with the Cryptology account and transaction details.
